The  Malt  Project
Testimonials from Fans

Some recent comments from The Malt Project customers:

I 'm so glad you brought out Vol.6 as it has some of my favorite distilleries such as Old Pulteney and Highland Park. The DVD’s are great to watch as due to money and distance I doubt I’ll ever get to Scotland. Especially as I live in Australia. At least I can have a dram and watch tours of the distilleries. I enjoyed the earlier volumes very much so I'm very pleased you've been able to release an additional volume - I wasn't expecting one so it was a pleasant surprise to get your e-mail on return from vacation. Tegwyn Jones -

I’m proud to be the first one. I just returned from Scotland, visiting Edradour (my favorite), The Famous Grouse Experience at Glenturret, and Glenfiddich/Balvenie (other favorites.) This was my 12th trip to Scotland and I just can’t express how wonderful your Malt Project is and how well done it is. It is just like being there – very professionally done and unsurpassed. I have had the opportunity to view all of the 9 DVD’s from the 5 DVD set. No question in the realm of single malt Scotch whisky it is without peer and is definitive for neophytes such as myself who want to learn more than can be found inside of a book. The available shows that I have seen from television dramatically pale in comparison. My expectations were high and have essentially been met As emphasized in your series, the personalities behind the scenes are extremely important to this DVD series. I would heartily recommend this nine DVD set to anyone who wants to learn more about single malt Scotch whisky. Carl S Lau

I must thank you and the crew for this good initiative. The DVD’s of The Malt Project give an extra dimension, which wasn't available for a long time, to my passion for the Malt Whisky. Marc. Volume III is even better. On my own trips to Scotland in the last two years I have toured 8 distilleries (Speyside, Orkney) and seen quite a lot others from the outside - but I still can’t get enough! Fortunately, Your DVDs show the distilleries I didn’t see up to now with best regards from "Old Europe" Josh

Cool, just thought I'd let you know what a great set it is I just finished watching the "Distilleries of Islay" DVD's and enjoyed them immensely. I will be purchasing the remaining DVD's you offer, over the next few months. I can't wait to go back to Scotland and enjoy the distilleries in person. Thanks again for "The Malt Project". I'm glad that someone with the capabilities and interest was able to produce such a documentary. Tony Curcio

I had purchased Volumes 1 & 2 from Malt Advocate magazine. I didn't realize, for some reason, that the series had been extended to my favorite areas of Scotland, the Highlands and Speyside. There was an article in the current issue of Whisky Magazine (UK) that I subscribe to that led me to you. I have made many trips to Scotland visiting distilleries. And, Scotch whisky has been a hobby of mine for years. I am particularly devoted to Edradour distillery - which provided the base malt for my favorite blended Scotch - King's Ransom. I've never forgiven Pernod-Ricard for discontinuing this outstanding product. Thankfully, I arranged for a large supply before it "left the market."

This is the most outstanding series of whisky videos I have seen anywhere – absolutely incredible.
